- room comfortable with good power points, fridge, kettle, good storage, nice balcony, fan, -slept very well and really enjoyed the view of the sea, beach, palm trees. Decor a bit dated but that did not impact my comfort and enjoyment....I focused on and appreciated the birds, sound of the sea, stunning views! - wifi good, no fight for sunbed, quiet and peaceful by the pools...nice and spacious. - fab long white sandy beach right there for long walk - felt very safe and could take dip in sea which was 'fresh' and enjoyable - lovely outdoor jacuzzi which could enjoy whilst staring at abundant palm trees - offer for shower before airport after checkout very much appreciated - for small fee could order breakfast in room which was nice option - much better than hotels in main town- this has proper beach and expanded space.....and I would return - wonderful staff - more than pleasant and very helpful without exception.

From the moment I pulled up in a taxi I was greeted at the doors of the RIU Palace Tres Islas with a warm welcome befit visiting dignitaries. Reception was very charming and inviting. All the hotel staff were so friendly and on the ball. The food was excellent with a wonderful array of choice. I was upgraded to a balcony (not a good view, but I didn't pay for a view). The atmosphere was relaxed and the hotel ran smoothly, most likely down to good management. I will be looking to go again next April or May. The location of the Tres Islas hotel is second to none. I opted to upgrade from Half Board to All-Inclusive, and was pleased I did. I'm not a big drinker, but the All-Inclusive was well worth the money. I recommend this welcoming hotel.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I felt very welcomed to the hotel, and they were really helpful helping me find places I wanted to go in the town. Pool side was beautiful, great picturesque location, handy gate from the hotel to the beach. I didn’t pay for a sea view room but had a lovely view of the front of the hotel and beach. The food was lovely, lots of options. My transfer was after check out and as I was all inclusive they let me use the hotel faculties and have a shower in another room before I left. I will definitely be going back here!

Stunning position of the hotel, just minutes from the natural reserve with sand dunes, long white beaches, extremely beautiful nature. You can rent a sundeck on the beach or walk a bit more and find breathtaking part of the beaches to do naturism. Staff very friendly and happy, in good number for every need, relaxed atmosphere at the hotel. Everything worked very well. Facilities very good (swimming pools, bars, spa, services, towels provided and changed every day). Spectacular view from my window, desertic landscape, just the noise of wind, extreme peace.

The hotel is very welcoming when you arrive and you are greeted with a glass of champagne which is wonderful. The front desk are super friendly and helpful and make you feel very welcome. The room was a bit dated but still pretty cosy. The bed unfortunately for me was way too firm although when I asked for a topper it was no problem so that made things better. The food in the restaurant is very good and lots of choice. The location right on the beach is amazing. You can walk or swim in the two beaches either side of the hotel.
